I was ushered to the changing
room and offered to change into robes before beginning the spa therapy. The
therapist was a lovely girl who knew her job quite well. After greeting me with
folded hands, she asked me to lie on my stomach. Her rhythmic strokes around the spine, neck, head, shoulders, legs and feet recharged me. She started the massage using the aroma oil very gently. I felt my body soaking in the warm aromatic oil.The massage focuses on tension spots.
Each
muscle was gently pressed and the tension was gradually subsiding away making
me relaxed at every stroke. The icing on the cake was the fragrance of the warm aroma oil. I fell asleep while she continued
massaging my hair and face. After steam and shower, I felt refreshed and
rejuvenated.
