Laidback Cafe – A Luxury cafe in Saket

Laidback café presents a modern
take on regionally inspired cuisine featuring a fine collection of dishes that
is served in a beautiful ambiance. Located opposite to the DLF Mall Saket, the
restaurant opens up to a wide space that is well lit. The spacious
setting and the soft hues on the wall enliven the atmosphere while the warm
hospitality adds charm to the experience.

We began the culinary odyssey
with two different salads, which are definitely different compared to the conventional
salads, complete with onions, tomatoes and coriander and garnished with herbs
and dressings. They were well presented and the perfect choices for a healthy
start.

The salads were gone in a few
seconds and satiated me to a level impossible to express.

I loved the salads
along with a glass of orange juice and a hint of lemongrass that helped to cleanse the palate, and prim my taste buds for the remaining
part of the review.

Next we tried the veg mezze
platter. Infused with Falafel, Pita bread with Hummus, the platter was extra ordinary. The soft and freshly made pita bread
with hummus made my heart happy.

We also ordered for a basil pesto
pizza. The toppings of vegetables, cheese, and basil were done with perfection
while the crust was crisp and succulent.

The pizza was a perfect amalgamation of spiciness, which was worth
ordering. We also ordered for cottage cheese chelo. The pita bread that came in this dish was very soft
and perfect to please the palette.
This dish had an interesting
twist in cottage cheese that accentuated the taste to another level. The soft paneer
pieces simply melt in the mouth. However, the highlight of the review was the
blueberry cheese cake that simply stole my heart.

I loved my experience at Laidback Cafe
and would recommend foodies to indulge in their cocktails and food.
