Exquisite flavors of TAB in the auspicious Navratra Thali

Traditional platter of the auspicious Navratra Thali where a scrumptious
combination of flavors and colors pleased the palette. The hospitality is by
far the best and the ambiance spells magic. The Good Earth city mall has
acquired a decent footfall in a couple of months, and TAB has started gaining
popularity amongst families and corporate groups.

TAB takes special care in
delighting its guests on Navratras with flavorsome pure vegetarian food during
the traditional detoxification time. The special menu for these nine day long
Navratri included an impressive buffet, scrumptious desserts and a whole lot of
celebrations, in true North Indian style, with a  unique menu of cuisines without onion and
garlic. The festive delicacies at TAB included Paneer Malai Tikka, Tawa Fruit
Chat, Kache kele ke pakore, Dahi ke Kebab and Aloo and Shakarkandi ki chaat as
starters. The taste is as good as any other starters without any heaviness that
is usually experienced in other Navratra meal.
The main Course in the Thali
included Tamatri Lauki, Aloo Jeera to finger licking Paneer Makhana aur Kaju ka
Sangam with Samak ke chawal and Kuttu aur singare ki poori. The sweet note
included Sabudane ki kheer, Fresh Fruit, ice cream and Cholai ke ladoo.  Sabudana papad, Aloo Papad, Pudine ki Chutney
and Dahi ki chutney are few additional attractions to the fasting platter. The
Thali priced at Rs.349++ and Dinner at Rs399++ was an experience that was truly
enjoyable.
