Epigamia Greek Yogurt – Healthy and Delicious!

Me and my family love yogurt. The
best thing about yogurts are the variety and flavor. I reviewed the Epigamia Greek yogurt and simply fell in love with the unconventional taste. The package arrived in four
different boxes by a smiling young man.

His concern was mainly about the
temperature of the yogurt and suggested that I kept them in the fridge to
enjoy the flavorsome varieties.
The red bright boxes filled me
with happiness that was further accentuated the moment I opened them. There
were four sections with different varieties of yogurts that were packed
neatly.

Sweet delights –

 
I was thrilled to see interesting
flavors like natural, mango, strawberry, blueberry, honey banana, green apple,
mulberry and vanilla beans that enticed me to a level difficult to even
express.  Barely rippled through their 2%
fat, these yogurts have all healthy ingredients, as compared to other products
in the market. Epigamia reminded me of my childhood days.
What is the difference I found?
 
The process involves natural
flavor addition after incubation and curd setting. It wasn’t a surprise that
taste is at the forefront here. The company teamed up to bring some of the most
innovative flavors while keeping healthy quotient in the mind.
What I loved the most
 
The feeling of fullness was the
best thing I found in Epigamia as I felt energized and healthy after devouring
a cup of mango.
Review of the yogurts –
My sweet cravings were satiated by
these flavors without worrying about the calories. Best thing was that I found
it to be a better standby for finishing savory dishes.
The Natural flavor is thick, rich and decadent. I was impressed with
the tartness.  You must try and grab the Blueberry and Mulberry flavor. These were very unusual and delicious with a hint
of real pulp in each bite.
I loved the Green apple edition. The tartness of the yogurt was flecked with flavor
of ripe green apples that was very subtle and irresistible.  The Honey
Banana edition really packed a punch and was the family favorite.
I also loved my bespoke Mulberry pack, which I was guilty to
have eaten all by myself. I simply couldn’t resist each bite that gave a
gorgeous rich and smooth texture.
However, if you prefer a smoother texture,
then the Vanilla beans version is the best pick. My
family adored all of them. Even my husband could
be seen devouring each bite. As for my daughter, she hid her favorite ones in
her rooms.
The Pricing
 
The best thing about Epigamia is that
their pricing goes well with the beautiful packaging and healthy quotient.  You can get the natural flavor @ INR 35,
while the other flavors are priced at INR 38 only.
The snack pack
 
Another variant in Epigamia is
the snack pack. A brilliant substitute for a meal, it has high protein and
calcium content that fills you up and ends the cravings for anything else. For busy
women who miss their breakfasts, these variants make up for the healthy dose before
even entering their office.
I loved all the four cups but my
favorite one was the Jalapeno Greek yogurt
with barley puffs. The smooth and creamy texture is made playful and zesty with
the barley puffs.
The Mango Greek
yogurt with chucky granola is a naughty delight to the taste buds. This
cup plays hide and seek with your taste buds as you get sweet and sour
intonations in each bite.
My daughter loved the Strawberry Greek yogurt. Paired well
with the chunky granola, this one is a perfect replacement to the usual
breakfast meal on the go.
The Cream and onion
Greek is a great choice for people who love onions, like my husband does. The
hint of onion is however subtle and pairs well with the barley puffs.
