place. Located on the lobby level of the Vatika Atrium, 56 Restotante Italiano offers
diners a delicious budget-friendly dining experience. A dramatic ambiance is
created with an amazing array of inset lighting
throughout the restaurant.
Covered in reddish brown granite with high bar chairs, you can enjoy a cocktail
with colleagues or a bottle of wine with a special friend. The Italian Restaurant speaks in
volumes about the décor and ambience as vehemently as the food. So, while you
feast your eyes at the voluminous space, the tall ceilings give you an essence
you would want to indulge often. With an exciting array of authentic Italian
delicacies, 56 Restorant italiano wins hands down. Simple, uncomplicated, and divine, the menu features boldly
flavored foods.

Chef Tiziano Ranieri, the Executive Chef of 56 Restotante Italiano creates a menu which changes
regularly to reflect the season. The set menu that comprised of a
winning five course meal was the sure steal of the show. It comprised of a
soup, starter veg or non veg, main course dish, dessert and coffee.

Warm assorted breads with some Tapenade
are served on the table before you even open the menu card. The Tapenade made
with finely chopped olives, capers, anchovies and olive oil is a savored well
with the warm, fresh breads.
A minestrone soup made with beans,
onions, celery, carrots, and tomatoes was served to us. Though a little bland
for the Indian palate, it was the perfect appetizer.  Following the mild soup, was served the star
of the show – Ratatouille. Made with perfection, the scrumptious French
vegetable stew had eggplant, tomatoes and zucchini which were perfectly baked.

The Pizza Vegetariana, a thin crust pizza with toppings of tomatoes,
mozzarella, eggplant, zucchini, mushrooms, bell peppers simply melts into your
mouth as you tend to devour the last bite. The meal was succulent and what
better way to round it off than with a Tiramisu. The rum based dessert was the
show stopper of the entire food experience. 56 Restorante Italiano amazes you with each time you walk
in. With an ever-smiling staff and an unbeatable menu, your experience of
Italian fare would be easily accomplished!
