Dramz – Fine dining restaurant with classy vibes

Winters are leaving and yet there are few places you can enjoy a cool breeze while dining. The Dramz Bar and restaurant is one such place that promises diners a great evening. While lush green hues add charm to the place outdoors, the scenic view of the Qutub Minar straight in front gives a breathtaking experience that remains etched in
the hearts forever.

As you arrive at the restaurant, a plush space with a luxurious seating area welcomes you. Floral sofas placed at decent distance gives the ground floor of the enchanting space ten stars. As you take the flight of stairs upstairs your heart skips a beat with the mesmerizing view.

We take our seats on the comfortable sofas and inhale the fresh air while soaking in the pleasant ambiance of the place. The music adds to the charm and we simply put down our phones listening to the backgrounds score.

Dramz is well known for their collection of drinks. Following the wine and dine culture in Delhi ,the bar offers an array of excellent wines, a select choice of single malts, prestigious cognacs, varied spirits, beverages and innovative cocktails.

The top end wine list features wines that are “Hand Picked”, brilliant and very exclusive to the restaurant. We ordered for a glass of Farriol
Macabo wine, Jameson highball, jack be Jamaican and Whiskey Samba.

We loved our drinks and ordered for  some starters to
begin our culinary odyssey. The servers are as warm and pleasant as the place. The menu, an ode to the finest culinary odyssey
forms an epiphany that is documented to fusion food, a classic culmination of European, Oriental and Indian cuisines to delight your taste buds.

The Mezze Platter caught my eye and I immediately ordered it. I loved the dips, the falafel and the pita breads. The next that followed was Iberian style prawns. The prawns were crunchy and tasted perfect.

My husband ordered for a Chicken clear soup. The rich flavor is as appealing as the chicken. The dominant flavor of garlic added to the taste. If you love salads, make sure you order the typical Greek salad.  Tossed with feta cheese, lettuce, bell peppers, olives, the salad is perfect to begin with. The crunchiness of the greens is retained well while giving a flavor of freshness.

The chef recommended us to try the Carribean Jerk chicken with chilli sauce and blended chimi churi pan fried sole fish. The former had a consistent flavor in every bite.

This dish is highly recommended for people who love spicy chicken. Saucy and creamy, the sole fish glistened and gleamed in butter while its gravy thick and pungent accompanied the vegetable quite well.

I was filled to the brim but still kept my palette prepared for the dessert. We ordered for a vanilla Ice Cream with blueberries. The blueberries mingle well with the vanilla ice cream.

The sweetness of the dessert was as heartwarming as the entire food review. I would recommend Dramz for a fine dining experience and an absolutely brilliant view.
