Cafe Culture – Delectable food served in a classy ambiance

On a usual weekday evening, after a hard day at work, what could be nicer than to bag yourself a table in a beautiful café where you enter and let your hair down. To add in the romance, you can indulge in a glass of smoothie and a freshly made salad or sandwich.

We experienced the heavenly cuisine at Café Culture. Located in the happening market of GK 1 M Block  market, Café Culture eschews the contemporary seating arrangement and an ambiance to make your usual day funky and exciting.

It is frequented by for all kinds of diners, from the couple seeking solace, an office executive willing to enjoy a couple of beers, or a gang of youngsters willing to chill out.  This place is perfect for any reason.

Reaching the place is not so difficult. While you enter the wide parking area on a weekend, chances are you might struggle for parking, but on a weekday there is ample space to park. We reached the place at 9 pm on a weekday we were greeted by the hospitable attendants.

As I entered the space on the first floor, I was enchanted by the classy look and feel. The soft lightning, opulent spacing between dining tables and the wide open area impressed me instantly. The restaurant had a very positive vibe to it. Friends and couples could be seen enjoying their food and drinks.

The menu is something of a triumph. We made our choices and moved on to the starters. Salad we ordered was playful and colorful because of the interesting dressings and feta cheese that simply melted in the mouth. We ordered for a falafael sandwich later.

This dish really did it for me; the pita bread was so tender and tantalizing that I devoured it till the last bite.  We relished our starters with drinks that the manager suggested for us. The berry smoothie is highly recommended if you love fresh fruits. The chilled glass is a brilliant choice in the blistering heat. The chicken sandwich ordered next was a perfect amalgamation of warmth and freshness.

The basil stuffing with cheese, chicken and olives accentuates this sandwich to a level difficult to express. Sandwiches might be something you have had earlier, but this one totally surpassed all of them with respect to the taste and crunchiness.

The last epiphany of the rhythmic tune was the dessert. A chocolate cake was the perfect ending to the meal.
