NeoVeda Spa @ The Metropolitan –
When you are looking for the ultimate relaxation, the spa at NeoVeda spa at Metropolitan Hotel is highly recommended. The five treatment rooms have distinctive themes that are vocal with excellent massages. The masseuses are talented therapists who are skilled in the respective therapies. Their warm and inviting smile is as captivating as the surrounding of the spa making you feel comfortable and relaxed.
Recommended therapy –
Although they have a humungous variety of massages like deep tissue, Swedish and aroma, but the best massage that they have is the Kairali. Synonymous with full body Abhyangam massage, it focuses on relieving muscular aches and pain with pressure applied by hands and feet.

The Zivaya Spa @ Aloft Hotel –
The Zivaya Spa is a sanctuary of understated glamour, finished with smooth marble and stone. The traditional Ayurveda and Thai therapies are very promising.
Recommended therapy –
The candle massage is an hour long session that is done with a candle which is burnt and releases Shea
butter. This massage is recommended for a relaxing and gentle experience.

Alaya Spa and Salon – A Traditional Thai experience
Traditional Thai spas are very rare in Delhi. Although I have experienced luxury spas in hotels, I still had to discover standalone spas that were unconventional and exuded the warm hospitality of a five star hotel. It is conveniently located in the PVR Saket complex. Alaya Spalon has a unique ambience – it’s the kind of place where they have absolutely nailed the mix between gritty and pretty. Large glass windows invite you into a place where artisans warmly welcome you into the secret heaven of paradise where magic starts the moment you take a seat. Alaya Spa and Salon is the kind of place that you come to after you’ve worked hard in office or the gym and are ready to spruce yourself for a complete makeover.

Their Swedish massages are the best in Delhi. You can expect a luxury treatment by their staff that ensures guests enjoy the experience.

TAF Wellness Clinic –
TAF is a wellness institution that focuses on weight loss through healthy lifestyle and therapies that have zero side effects. It’s been home to a number of people, who believe in the concept of healthy weight loss. There are several machines that can be barely found in India that target weight loss without any side effects. They also have a healthy café that has some lip smacking delicacies prepared by their talented chefs. The ingredients that go in preparing them are unprocessed and unrefined and are made without any preservatives. Sugar is banned in the clinic and healthy substitutes are used instead.

The Reverse Fat Therapy is a massage with application of a combination of Ayurvedic powder and oil on the entire body, the therapy is unique in terms of synchronized technique performed by two therapists giving exfoliation, fat destabilization and detoxification happening simultaneously. This Ayurvedic paste (powder and oils) when rubbed on the body in a specific manner creates friction, which open the pores, remove blockages in vessels, increases the heat in the tissues and percolates inside to stimulate fat metabolism. Tattva Spa is an exercise in understated luxury. Detailed architecture transforms the space into a paradise. The Spa has two single treatment rooms on the ground level and one single treatment room and one double treatment room on the first floor that are all equipped with steam rooms. There are wide range of traditional Asian and European massage techniques that are tailored to the wellness needs for guests.

Here you come with a tired soul and leave with a refreshed soul. That is what I personally experienced in my latest review of the tastefully built spa. Located in the bustling and chaotic streets of Vasant Kunj, this luxury wellness oasis resembles a mini paradise. The space is beautifully adorned with green hues and a large statue of Buddha that elevates the peaceful experience as you take a step closer to this peaceful mini retreat in Delhi.
Recommended Therapy
Body scrub and deep tissue massage; Potli massage using aroma oils. It’s always a delight to indulge in their homemade scrubs that are completely devoid of artificial elements. The after effects are completely amazing.

Sohum Spa @ Pride Plaza, Aerocity
The ambiance of the Spa has a profound reflection of sanctity and peace. There are three rooms and each room ushers warmth and relaxation. The Thai massage room has floor beds for deep tissue massages which also include Balinese, Thai and others. The other two rooms, on the other reflect simplicity in the décor.
